Tapas Zampa is the brainchild of Adrián, a chef whose journey began in Madrid and led him to some of Spain’ s most prestigious kitchens , including the two-Michelin- starred DSTAgE and Paco Roncero Restaurante.

This time Anna will be taking us on a plant based journey around Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean, and exploring the flavours of the regions amazing cuisine.
After appearing on Masterchef in 2017, Anna continues to showcase her expertise for the Greek Cypriot cuisine from her childhood.
