We are excited to welcome chef Marco Meloni into the Guest Restaurant Kitchens
Sardinian born chef Marco grew up in a family of cooks and developed his own love of food at the age of 3 in his fathers restaurant.
From here he honed his skills working across London in numerous Michelin starred and fine dining kitchens
Marco is now stepping into the guest kitchens to prepare a
4-course traditional Italian feast inspired by his culinary journey and regional heritage.
